Loan Portfolio Servicing
Providing advisory, oversight, accounting, and administrative services for portfolio loan servicing
SERVICES RENDERED INCLUDE:
- Preparing and sending monthly invoices
- Collecting and posting monthly payments
- Maintaining records of payments and balances
- Collecting and paying taxes and insurance
- Following up on any late-pays or delinquencies
- Remitting funds to client
- Posting payments to ReCasa Financial Group, LLC’s loan servicing system and accounting software
- Preparation of quarterly reports
- Contacting past due borrowers
- Preparation of K-1s and 1099s as-needed
- Any other duties mutually agreed-upon by ReCasa Financial Group, LLC and Client
