Back Office Services
Providing advisory, oversight, accounting, and administrative services relative to the accounting functions of a company and related entities
SERVICES RENDERED INCLUDE:
- Evaluating whether expenses and transactions have been booked in the appropriate entity
- Reconciling bank statements and highlighting to Client any out-of-the ordinary findings or errors
- Providing general business advice and feedback
- Preparation of Monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Reports (as needed)
- Analyzing and allocating transactions within accounting software to ensure they have been booked appropriately
- Managing Accounts Payable including entering bills and paying vendors.
- Managing Accounts Receivable including billing customers and contacting customers when they are past-due
- Any other duties mutually agreed-upon by ReCasa Financial Group, LLC and Client
