Mark Quinlan and Richard C. Rudek founded the company in January 2000. In July 2006, City Financial Corporation acquired ReCasa Financial Group. This partnership has allowed ReCasa to expand into new markets and offer its customers insurance tailored to the real estate investor that protects their property and profit.
