ReCasa Financial Group was founded to meet the unique, and largely neglected, financial needs of real estate investors. Our company provides 100% financing for the purchase, improvements and closing costs for 1-4 family non-owner occupied properties. Mark Quinlan and Richard C. Rudek founded the company in January 2000.

In July 2006, City Financial Corporation acquired ReCasa Financial Group. This partnership has allowed ReCasa to expand into new markets and offer its customers insurance tailored to the real estate investor that protects their property and profit.
